So, I LOVE Sweatpants and I LOVE Salt. I am all about comfort on all levels and I always sprinkle a bit of salt on everything I do. I live in Green Bay, WI. Yes, it’s cold and no I don’t get used to it. I’m married to my husband Seth and we have three beautiful daughters, Zoe, Rowen, and Willa. Oh and our fur baby Vi of course.

I wanted to create a space that I could gather all my passions and hobbies into one place. So Sweatpants and Salt was born. Everything from what I love to wear, eat, beauty tips, home decor, and motherhood all rolled into one. I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I have enjoyed creating it. It’s been a labor of love and I’m so excited to now share it with all of you.
